How do the shirts fit?
Adult shirts are unisex. Most people wear their usual size. If you want a looser fit, go up one size. Every listing has a size chart with chest width and body length. Measure a shirt you already like and compare.
What fabric are the shirts?
Most adult shirts are Bella+Canvas 3001, a soft, lightweight cotton tee with a modern fit. The listing tells you which shirt you are getting. Fabric blend can vary by color, so check the listing details.
When will my order ship?
Every shirt is printed after you order. Printing takes 2-5 business days, then it ships by standard US shipping. The delivery estimate at checkout includes both. Orders are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays.
How much is shipping?
US shipping is $4.95 for the first item and $2.40 for each additional item. I also ship internationally; rates vary by country and are shown on Etsy at checkout. There is no free shipping.
Do you accept returns, exchanges or cancellations?
Because each shirt is made to order, I can't take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size ordered, and I can't accept cancellations, so please check the size chart in the listing before you buy. If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, message me on Etsy within 30 days of delivery with a photo and I will send a replacement at no cost. If you have a sizing question before ordering, message me and I'll help.
Do you have kids' sizes?
Yes. Youth and toddler tees are listed in the shop. Kids' shirts have their own size chart in each listing. Check it before ordering, since kids' sizing varies. Several designs also come as baby bodysuits in infant sizes, with a size chart in each listing's photos.
I ordered several items. Why did they come in separate packages?
My shirts are printed by more than one print partner. Adult and kids' shirts may be printed in different places, so a mixed order can arrive in two packages on different days. Each package has its own tracking. If one part is missing, message me.
Can I wash and dry the shirts normally?
Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print. This keeps the print looking good longer.
How do I pay?
All orders are placed and paid on Etsy. Etsy handles payment (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, Klarna, Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits) and keeps your payment information secure. I never receive your card information.
Customs and import taxes
For US deliveries, Etsy includes import duties and fees in the checkout price. Non-US buyers may need to pay these fees upon delivery. You can message me to confirm how these fees will be paid for your order. I'm not responsible for any customs-related delays.
What do you do with my information?
I use your name, address, and email only to make and ship your order and to answer your messages. Your shipping details go to my print partner (through Printify) so they can print and ship your shirt. I don't sell or share your information for marketing.
